Frequent versus Occasional Customers

For our customers who occasionally purchase from Artistbrushstrokes.com we will utilize electronic invoicing via email to complete your transactions.  For customers who purchase frequently (i.e. larger per transaction purchases - $400 or more per month), a personalized area on our web site will be created for you to browse your most frequently purchased products and complete your transaction in a self-service manner using your choice of payment (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, e-check or PayPal).

Pricing Information

Pricing information has not been provided as we have weekly and monthly product promotions that are provided to our global customers.  You will receive the pricing information with your order request quote, which will also serve as your electronic invoice.

Order Fulfillment, Shipping & Delivery Times

Orders are typically processed within 5 - 7 business days.  For out of stock conditions, buyers will be notified and provided an estimate of when your product will ship.  Once your product has left our Florida warehouse, the general transit time is 6 - 10 business days (excluding holidays and weekends) via USPS Priority Mail. 

All international orders are insured and tracked by the carrier requested.  Our most cost effective carrier is the US Postal Service.

All local country custom charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

Beauty Strokes, Nail Strokes & Spa Brush Information

We have also provided product download information for the complete Beauty Strokes product line of cosmetic, nail and spa treatment & mask brushes.  Please be sure to provide the correct product SKU, color, size and description information as provided in the downloadable datasheets.

How International Ordering Works - 5 Step Process

  1. Browse Artistbrushstrokes.com to learn more about the specific Dynasty, Black Gold or Beauty Strokes products you are interested in purchasing. Please  remember to make note of the brush name, brush style, brush series and size of the brush that you are interested in purchasing.
     
  2. Locate the corresponding product download .pdf file from the collapsed tables below to identify the correct brush product, SKU number & brush product description.  Bar code information is also provided in case you already own a brush and want to confirm your have selected the correct brush to order.
     
  3. Enter all of the requested valid contact information in the form below, along with the quantity, SKU numbers and product descriptions.

  4. Enter the order form validation code as displayed.
     
  5. Click on the Submit Quote Request button, and you are done !

Note: Please allow 24 - 48 hours to receive your order quote.
 

What Happens Next ?

The Artist Brushstrokes Customer Care Team will review your order and let you know if we have any questions regarding your order.  Your order quote will arrive in the form of an invoice request with complete pricing and shipping information.  If you are ready to proceed with your order, you will need to follow the instructions in the email to complete the transaction via the electronic invoice. 

Once your payment is received your order will then be sent to our order fulfillment team for further processing. If any questions arise during the order process, please contact our Customer Care Team.
