No. Artistbrushstrokes.com remains a privately held company.

Q: Why has Artist Brushstrokes decided to make this change in order fulfillment to Amazon.com?
A:
As our customer base continues to grow each week, it became apparent that if we are to continue to maintain our level of service that we needed to leverage the power of Amazon.com - the most advanced fulfillment network in the world to ensure our customer's satisfaction.

Q: Will Artist Brushstrokes fulfill any orders directly ?
A:
Yes. Roughly 90% of our inventory will be fulfilled by Amazon.com. However, there will be some instances where your order may also be filled by Artist Brushstrokes directly.

Q: Is there a minimum purchase requirement for purchases made through the Amazon.com interface ?

A: No. Any products purchased and checked out via Amazon.com do not require a minimum purchase.


Q: Who should we contact for Customer Service, Order Status or Product Returns ?
A:
For all purchases that are fulfilled by Amazon.com, the 24x7 Customer Services team will handle all issues. For any purchases fulfilled by Artist Brushstrokes, you can contact us via the Amazon.com customer communication interface or email the Customer Care team.

Q: How can I tell who is fulfilling my order when placed on the Amazon.com web interface?
A:
If you look right under price of each product listing you will see the words "Ships from [Company Name] and sold by [Company Name]".

Q: Will Artist Brushstrokes continue to exclusively sell Dynasty, Black Gold and Beauty Strokes brushes ?
A:
Absolutely.  We firmly believe that the line of brushes that we sell are the finest brushes on the market today.  We will remain focused on our core set of Dynasty, Black Gold and Beauty Strokes products. However, as we encounter opportunities to expand our business to include related products or services, we will evaluate the product fit with our customers and future business strategy.

Q: Why do you only carry one brand name of artist brushes?
A:
Artist Brushstrokes spent a considerable amount of time researching the market place. We found that the superior level of quality and expert craftsmanship used to create the expansive list of Black Gold® and Dynasty® brushes surpassed that of the brushes that are on the marketplace today. We wanted to offer our customers a series of artist and craft brush product lines from a company that has a proven tradition of quality and a history of exceptional performance around the world. Our goal is to offer the most comprehensive collection of Black Gold® and Dynasty® brushes on the planet via Artistbrushstrokes.com.

Q: How does the quality of these brushes compare to other brushes on the market?
A:
Unfortunately for consumers, the artist brush market has been flooded with brushes that are of a lesser quality for significantly lower prices. Consumers are often disappointed to find that after only a few uses, these brushes fall apart (shed bristles, loose ferrules, and lower quality wood).

Q: What makes the Black Gold® product line unique?

The Black Gold product line is unique for several reasons. Today there is no other company in the world that has the Wave® technology. Black Gold Wave brushes have International and Domestic patents. The distinctive black ferrule and two-tone varnished handles, sets this product apart from other manufacturers. Fine artists have benefited from the intangible features and performance of this product line. Q: Do you sell quality brushes for variety of mediums?
A:
Yes. Artistbrushstrokes.com offers an expansive selection of quality artist, craft and hobby brushes for all mediums.

Q: I work for a tax exempt organization, how can I make a purchase without paying tax?
A:
Yes. Please contact our Customer Care department and one of our associates will be able to assist you.

Q: How are shipping costs calculated?
A:
Our shipping costs are calculated on a weight method. All of our shipping carriers (Fedex, UPS and USPS) maintain rate tables that are automatically accessed during online checkout. Each product on Artistbrushstrokes.com is weighed, and that weight is assigned to each product. During checkout, the rates are taken from each shipping carrier in real-time, and the rates of each carrier is displayed for you to choose from. For more information, visit our Shipping Policy page.

Q: I placed an order but I have not received any confirmation emails. What is wrong ?
A:
Artist Brushstrokes sends out an automated confirmation email with every order transaction that takes place on Artistbrushstrokes.com.  Please be sure to retain your Papal transaction confirmation email for future reference.

We have found that there are a few Internet Service Providers (ISPs) that block our confirmation & notifications emails as SPAM. Some systems notify our Customer Care and Order Fulfillment teams, others do not. If you believe that this is happening to you, please contact your ISP prior to contacting Artist Brushstrokes. Once you notify your ISP to allow messages from Artistbrushstrokes.com to go through, your problem is resolved.
If you have determined that the issue is related to a problem on our side we will gladly investigate the reported issue and obtain resolution.

For orders placed on Amazon.com, all order confirmation emails will be automatically sent to the email addressed associated with your Amazon.com account.


 

Wholesale Purchase Program

 

Q: What is the Brushstrokes Wholesale Program?
A: The Brushstrokes Wholesale Program was developed to help clients expand their customers product selection by promoting and selling Dynasty & Black Gold Brushes.

Q: Is there a minimum quantity requirement to purchase?
A: Yes.  For some of the artist brushes there is a minimum brush purchase quantity and minimum purchase price.  There is a minimum purchase requirement of $250 USD.  All wholesale purchase can only be made on Artistbrushstrokes.com using the PayPal shopping cart on our site, not Amazon.com's interface.

Q: Do I need a PayPal account to make a purchase ?
A: As a general rule, a PayPal account is not required to make a purchase on Artistbrushstrokes.com. All you need is a major credit card to process your payment. In a few rare instances, you may be asked to create a PayPal account for larger transactions as a security measure to validate your identity. If you don't want to use PayPal to complete your transaction, you may call in your order or fax in your order and we will process your credit card via an alternate method.

Q: Is there a cost to joining the Brushstrokes Wholesale Program?
A: There is no cost to joining our wholesale program. Simply sign-up for the program and you are on your way.

Q: Will my shipment be insured?
A: All orders will be insured and sent via USPS, Fedex, or UPS to ensure complete tracking of your shipment during transit.

Q: How long will it take for my order to arrive?
A: In general all orders are processed within 2 - 3 business days and packages are shipped via USPS. If a custom order is placed with our manufacturer, you can expect your order to arrive at your place of business between 5 - 7 business days, from the time that your order was placed.

Q: How can I be sure that the appropriate discount is applied ?
A: Each respective coupon is programmed to apply the discount level based on the total purchase transaction.

Q: Do you offer Net Term open accounts?
A: We currently do no offer Net Term open accounts.

Q: Do you ship internationally ? What are the typical transit times for orders placed outside of the US?
A: Artistbrushstrokes.com ships our products internationally. We have customers on literally every continent. The typical delivery time for packages shipped from our warehouse in Florida to locations outside North America is 6 - 10 business days.
